Rapanui Garuhoa Men's Retro Tee Giveaway

Add caption
Zayda, you've won the Rapanui Garuhoa Men's Retro Tee!  Total cool...

The 80's look is back, and Rapanui offers up their totally awesome version of that tubular decade with their Garuhoa Men's Retro Tee, which we're proud to offer as a giveaway here at An Uncommon Thread.

Made of 100% organic cotton, this men's tee is made in a wind-powered factory that's been audited by the Fairwear Foundation.  The inks are water-based and safe for the environment and high on color; and it washes well, in case you're wondering whether safe dyes are durable dyes.  We gave this one the old washer/dryer go around, and it passed with flying colors.

The Garuhoa is definitely one he'll want to add to his "favorite tee" stash - soft and comfortable cotton, quality workmanship, and did I mention downright cool?  There's nothing like adding a little 80's to your wardrobe to show off your gnarly style.

Rapanui is highly involved in getting the word out about the importance of organic fabrics, fair trade, and using renewable energy - and they don't just talk the green talk.  They walk the green walk, earning awards for their efforts and still managing to kick out the hip clothing along the way.

***Coupon Alert!  Get 15% off your Rapanui shopping with coupon code snowman.***

Want to win your own Garuhoa Retro Tee?  Of course you do, dudes and dudettes.

Here's how to enter:

1.  Visit Rapanui.  Come back here and tell me what else you liked or learned about them. (You may do this once daily, but please comment on a new item each time.)

2.  Blog about, Twitter, and/or Facebook a link to this giveaway; come back here and tell me you did it.

3.  Subscribe to An Uncommon Thread by email in the right-hand column.  Leave a comment here telling me you did it.

A winner will be randomly selected after June 10, 2011, and announced on this post and contacted via email.  The winner will receive a Rapanui Garuhoa Men's Retro Tee (
£24.95 retail) in their choice of size.

  94. There are lots of choices when the little one starts growing up and whether it's summer or winter, or a day at school or temple for a wedding, helping your boys dress can get a little tricky.I also recommend
